Booking Terms

By making a booking through benchmarkhotel.in, you agree to these terms. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time and receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in time are non-refundable, and the full booking amount will be charged.

Payment

Payment is collected at the hotel during check-in unless otherwise specified. Rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay. Smoking is prohibited in rooms at most properties. Guests must comply with hotel policies and local laws.
